On the other hand, we recently went through a total restructuring of our group by gathering all of our companies under one umbrella, the “ CST Holding “ created in early 2010. We are now focusing through our subsidiaries “ CS&T Lebanon “, “ CS&T Jordan “ and “CS&T Egypt “ on the doubtful debts recovery service ; the related department capacity has been drastically increased and new contracts with prime Lebanese banks and insurance companies were concluded, in addition to our existing network of customers composed of prime Lebanese commercial companies.
“ BYOUTNA “ our credit marketing company is now putting the emphasis on the quick development of its door-to-door collection service while our insurance brokerage subsidiary I&I ( Installment & Insurance) introduced a new personalized performing counseling system aimed to better guide and advisee our valued customers .
Furthermore, our software system has been completely updated and improved using advanced new technologies. Our website has also been redesigned, better reflecting the outstanding professionalism of CST’s young and energetic team.
